My schedule this semester is a bit heavier than I had anticipated (and CERTAINLY heavier than my academic advisor suggested), but I took a light course load last August, so I’m a bit behind the outlined academic plan.
CULINARY ROTATIONS – MONDAY – THURSDAY 7am – 10am (Each rotation is 3 weeks long and worth 1 credit)

WEDNESDAY – Professional Ethics & Etiquette (5 weeks) – 1 credit
WEDNESDAY – First Aid / CPR (Second 11 weeks) – 1 credit
THURSDAY – Customer Service Management – 3 credits
MONDAY – Room Operations – 3 credits
INTERNET CLASS – Hospitality Law and Liability – 3 credits
INTERNET CLASS- Hospitality Security – 2 credits
